We understand that not everyone wants the same sized wedding, so with that in mind we have various options available to you. Our Main Event Field is ideal for those who want plenty of space, whilst the Garden and Grounds are perfect for smaller more intimate wedding celebrations or even a micro wedding. Main Event Field For Larger Wedding Celebrations

Hire Fees Include:

  • Approximately 5 acres spread over two connecting fields with sweeping views towards the South Downs National Park and the Iron Age fort of Chanctonbury Ring.
  • Beautiful spacious Main en-suite bedroom
  • Three additional pretty double bedrooms
  • Small Guest Sitting Area upstairs
  • Lawn by the pond for either a celebrant ceremony or perhaps a drinks reception
  • Exclusive use from 12 noon the day before your event till 12 noon the day after.

The place speaks for itself, itā€™s a beautiful blank canvas with an incredible set up and picturesque backdrops, but more importantly Kim, the owner, really made us feel at ease and like we could be ourselves which is what you want when you get married. Small Weddings - 26 to 100 people

If you feel your celebrations are not going to warrant using the main event field because your guest list is smaller and you’ll feel lost in 5 acres, our gardens and grounds offer you a more compact area but still with enough space to have a great time, perhaps with some garden games!

The package includes:

  • Exclusive Use
  • Use of the venue gardens and lawns by the pond
  • 9m x 12m Clearspan Marquee as pictured* (subject to availability)
  • 2+1 Luxury Toilet Trailer*
  • 2 nights use of the 4 double bedrooms in the farmhouse with continental breakfast
  • Temporary Event Notice
  • Electricity and water
  • Planning SupportĀ

Micro Weddings - up to 25 people

If you’re looking for a very intimate micro celebration, our back garden space gives you a home from home feel in a secluded space.

The package includes:

  • Exclusive Use
  • Use of the venue back garden
  • 6m x 9m Clearspan Marquee as pictured (subject to availability)*
  • Use of the downstairs bathroom for guests
  • 1 nights use of the 4 double bedrooms in the farmhouse with continental breakfast
  • Temporary Event Notice
  • Electricity, water and drainage
  • Planning support
