Nothing says that you’ve put some thought and effort into a gift for someone than actually making it yourself. If you’re looking for a great way to give a uniquely personalised gift to someone this Valentine’s Day or for Mother’s Day on 22nd March or if you’re thinking of making your own Wedding Favours then this workshop is for you! Or this could be a gift to yourself 😉 Chocolatier, the Truffle Witch (aka Julia!) makes superb and delicious truffles using high quality fine Belgian chocolate. She will impart some of her expert knowledge and guide you through the process so that you go home with a little bit of deliciousness to either give as a gift or to indulge in yourself. You will also receive a booklet with the recipe and guide to making your own at home. All ingredients will be provided as well as well as tea and coffee (please advise any dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian or any allergies). You will also be able to order supplies on the day to make your own truffles at home.Kept carefully (following Julia’s advice) your truffles will keep for a few weeks if you’re making them as a gift, and if you can resist eating them!
