Pond View

A light and spacious room with a king size bed. This room looks out onto the large pond at the front of the house. There are two shared bathrooms between three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Also included are towels, hair dryer and a small safe. All bedrooms are lockable.

Orchard View

A good sized double aspect room looking out to the West and North with a king size bed. There are two shared bathrooms between three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Also included are towels, hair dryer and a small safe. All bedrooms are lockable.

River View

BOOK NOW
A small room with a standard 4’6” double bed, with views to the North and towards the River Adur. There are two shared bathrooms between three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Also included are towels, hair dryer and a small safe. All bedrooms are lockable.

All bedrooms have access to a small sitting area at the top of the stairs. Breakfast is served in the downstairs dining room. 

Check-in times are usually 5pm-9pm and check-out 10am, however these times can be flexible by arrangement.

Evening meals and cream teas are available by prior arrangement.
